 Rope Green Farm Day Nursery is very proud to be working together with the Early Years Nutrition Partnership providing the setting with dedicated professionals that work alongside Diane and Debbie the nursery cooks to ensure Rope Green Farm Day Nursery provides an Outstanding approach to nutrition and food. Working together, we can support the well being of the children in the setting, increase the knowledge of our practitioners and working in partnership with our parents to help nurture a greater understanding of food, nutrition and healthy eating in the children we care for.

In February 2019, we were very proud to announce, following a visit from Food Hygiene Standards Agency, we received the highest judgement, retaining our 5 Star Food Hygiene rating. It’s not only the Nursery cooks responsibility to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the nursery, every staff member has to complete a food hygiene course which helps them to gain a better understanding of how food should be stored, handled and served.
