At Rope Green Farm Day Nursery we pride ourselves in having the best Nursery Team in Cheshire. All staff have been carefully selected for their enthusiasm, creativity and dedication to meeting the needs of all children. Only fully qualified permanent members of staff will oversee each room within the nursery. Our strict recruitment procedure ensures that all staff are suitably qualified and hold an enhanced criminal record bureau disclosure. We recognise that meeting the needs of our staff is equally as important, and that they give a higher quality of care when they are comfortable and feel valued. Staff training is extremely important, and staff are encouraged to participate in an ongoing training and development programme to ensure that the high standards of care are maintained
